01Scope
This policy applies to paid plans to Flekso Studio. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
Paid subscriptions are not currently enabled. This policy describes how they will operate once they are, and is published in advance so the terms are known before any payment is possible.
02Ending paid access
Each purchase covers a fixed term without automatic renewal. You do not need to cancel to prevent another charge. Your paid-through date is shown in the billing section of your account.
Access lasts for 1, 3 or 12 calendar months from activation, according to your purchase. At the end of the term your account returns to the Free plan without another charge. To request an early end or refund, contact support.
- Expiry of paid access does not delete your account or stored assets.
- Granted credits remain in your account after expiry, but Free plan limits apply until you buy another paid term.
- Stopping use does not by itself refund the unused part of a prepaid term; refund requests are reviewed as described below.
- You can buy a new plan after the current term ends. Contact support for changes during an active term.
03Refund requests
If something has gone wrong — you were charged unexpectedly, the service did not work as described, or a technical fault prevented you from using what you paid for — contact support and describe the situation.
Requests are assessed individually, taking into account the circumstances, how much of the paid term has elapsed and how many credits have been consumed. This matters most on prepaid 3-month and 12-month terms, where a substantial part of the term may remain unused. Where a refund is granted it is returned to the original payment method.
This policy does not state that refunds are never available, and no clause here should be read that way.
04No trial period
There is no free trial and no introductory period that converts into a paid subscription. A paid plan begins only when you choose it and payment is taken, and the first charge covers the full term you selected.
You can evaluate the service before paying by using a free account, which includes a one-time grant of image credits, requires no card and does not expire or convert to a paid plan on its own.
05Failed generations
Credits are reserved when a generation is submitted. If a generation fails permanently, the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically. A failed generation therefore does not consume credits and is not a matter for a refund request.
06EU withdrawal rights
Consumers in the European Union generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Specific rules apply to digital services that begin during that period, including conditions under which the right may cease to apply once performance has started with the consumer's express prior consent.
LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED — The precise treatment of the 14-day withdrawal right for this service — including the wording and mechanics of any consent to begin performance immediately, and the consequences for partially used prepaid terms — has not been settled. Prepaid 3-month and 12-month terms make this materially more significant, because the amount at stake on a withdrawal is far larger than one month's fee. It must be reviewed by a lawyer or specialist in EU consumer law before paid plans are activated. No exemption from the statutory right is claimed until that review is complete.
07Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights arising under the law of your country of residence.
Where this policy and a mandatory statutory right conflict, the statutory right applies.
